• A comprehensive review of subjective and objective facial paralysis grading. Investigate the correlations between asymmetry scores calculated from dynamics images grades a modified Sunnybrook grading system. Machine learning approaches applied which showed potential to improve accuracy Facial is loss movement due nerve damage. It essential for clinicians diagnose severity treat patients, assess progresses evaluate outcomes. Subjective assessments are common in clinical practices but have their limitations regarding intra-observer inter-observer reproducibility. We utilised dynamic 3D stereo photogrammetry technology by measuring regional asymmetries. The measured asymmetries were evaluated identify region interests measurements closely related grades. Categorical classifiers trained quantify paralysis. Preliminary results that highly correlated except eye region. improving assessments.
